Our Selling Fees

Once you instruct us to sell, we get involved every step of the way through to completion. Our fees for this service are paid on completion with a No sale No fee policy.

All sole agency agreements are for a period of between 4 to 12 weeks, unless we agree something more suitable at the time of listing.

Our selling fees are 1% of the selling price, plus VAT. (Minimum Fee of £3000 plus VAT).

Please note that these fees do not include conveyancing costs or EPC certificates.

These fees are only applicable on a Sole Agency Basis Only.
